US YOUTH SOCCER FAR WEST REGIONAL LEAGUE

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
For Cal South, Utah, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii -----------------------------------------------------

1.Click on your states link above and enter on the left hand side your Team Manager or Head Coach username and password.

2.Click the "Tournament" link next to your team name.

3.Select the "Far West Regional League" from the dropdown box and click "Register" to apply.

4.Your team information including contacts and roster will be submitted with your application.

5.Proceed with the completion of the application.

Make sure that you submit the application and select the method of Payment
This is the same process that you used to apply to your State Cup Tournament.

For all others you must create an account as follows:

1. Complete this information to establish your Username And Password. When you click "Save and Continue" your account will be created.

2. You may change the Password at any time by editing your account information.

3. To access your application information in the future, use your Username And Password.

4. The system will save any page by clicking the "Save And Continue" button before logging off.

5. If you forget the password you may use the Forgot Password link provided directly under the user login box on the left.

6. Information items with the red asterisk are required information and must be filled in.
